You get what you pay for. If it’s cheap the components are crap. Low quality hubs, bottom bracket, brakes and derailleur. Keep riding it for a year and you’ll see. You got what you paid for.

I have broken 3 axle shafts on my diesel f250 crawling but I never had spares available! Dave you da man! Now I have a 40 spline shaft....we'll see how it goes. 😂

Watching welding is like mediation. I guess doing it too. Seems many are almost, kinda addicted to it.

When I was stationed at Fort Campbell in the mid 90's I had an 86 D-50 and absolutely loved it, mine was white but it had the same orange decals on it but mine had orange and brown instead of Orange and Yellow and it had steel wheels and the domed hubcaps, it was really a sharp looking truck. I wish I could find another one to rebuild. It was exactly what I needed at the time, It was a great little truck, good on gas and was useful to haul stuff when I needed it.
